It's just for the MLS, then you just got to be aware of like the use cases, right?
And how that's going to change value.
The third thing though, and this one is really kind of important, and I couldn't really figure out a way around it because I've never been able to prove it.
If you draw a clear distinction between member versus non-member, that's going to create an arbitrage, right?
And you've got to figure that out.
You've got to.
So I'm not criticizing.
And the problem that I'll just come up with is, how are you going to deny Blackstone membership as a participant in your MLS?
How are you going to deny Google membership as a participant in your MLS?
Because in your mind, you're like, well, we're going to sell to those guys for millions of dollars.
But to our brokers, we're going to sell for hundreds of dollars.
Well, any fool could read that arbitrage and go, guess we're a broker now, right?
So that's the third thing that I think MLSs have to deal with.
And I'll bring up a fourth one.
This is just like an operational administrative thing, right?
If you're going to monetize data, you've got to think about how many middlemen are involved because every middleman is going to take a cut.
And this is one of the issues with quotalities, infonet thing, right?
There's at least two, maybe three middlemen involved between the broker who owns the data and the consumer who buys the data.
So at some point, it stops being economically viable.
I don't know what you mean by that.
