MLSs don't really get to make the rules if there's a quote participant who decides they don't like a rule and they're gonna pick at it.
Like I said, uh ultimately what this will come down to to me was if Zillow wins this, then the MLS is before the like the pass whatever rule, they're gonna have to get it past Zillow.
It's like are you guys cool with this rule because we don't want to get that's that's that's not true.
That's not what happened though.
Zillow was abiding for it year after year after year until they decided we're gonna change Until Emred made a change.
No to that rule.
Until Zillow said we're gonna change to that rule.
Zillow d announced Z Lass.
And then Mred said, Well time out, that violation is a good thing.

And then Zillow says, No, it doesn't.
