Right.
My point simply is the member of the general public to me ha they should be marketed too, because to your point, they might become a buyer.
But they have no rights to any data until you are a buyer.
And f fiduciary duty or whatever, like yes, you have some duty to try and promote like let's find the buyers.
Right.
I don't know who the buyers are.
Let's find those.
I guess and that's where my whole dating like you know uh profile analogy came in.
I'm like, look, you could have three photos and no price and just be like if you're interested, swipe right, contact an agent or contact or do something, take some step to say, Hey, I'm not just a random member of the public.
Sure.
But my point is, Greg, the it be because we use IDX, because we put took the data in the MLS and put it on the internet to the general public.
Pretty much all of it, man, and what's not in there?

And so that that's kinda what I'm getting at.

Maybe the conversation here, the real conversation here to me, is not about private hiding, listening, like that's I'm like this is all just a distraction.
The real conversation is to what extent does a random member of the general public have any rights to data in a organization that's created by and for brokers to help each other out?
