Here's the thing, Nick, and this is my point.
Do all these state laws that are getting passed is going to force that.

Before that, we yeah, we had the NAR settlement where, you know, you have to get a buyer agency agreement signed before touring the home.
But there was no restriction on what a buyer agent could share with someone who contacts them, right?
None.
And in all of our debates and all of my writings, what I said is I'm a big fan of the MLS serving the cooperative function.
Right.
Meaning some buyer calls Nick Alphen Camp and says, Tell me about this house.
You go into DMLS, you get the info, so you're not an idiot and you go, Okay, what do you want to know?
Oh, you want to know about the fireplace, you want to know about whatever, what kind of deck it has.
You can give them the answer.
Hey, work with me, I can help you with all that.
I'm a big fan of that.
To that to me was the cooperation piece.
I'm not a fan of all that information being on Zillow.
And to me, I'm like the listing agent and the listing broker has every right to say, on the one hand, I'm gonna pursue the open marketing strategies, I'm gonna put everything out on Zillow.
Cool, have at it.
On the other hand, I'm not gonna do that.
