and just make the MLS public utility and regulate it because at least then the governance of the MLS and the rules of the MLS have some sort of connection to the voter.

Whereas right now MLS are private entities created by brokers as a cooperative brokers.
All of the governance is with realtor associated with brokerages.
And they're forcing brokers and agents to do all these things, like that's not legitimate then.
That's my issue.
I would prefer that the MOS to go back to being a broker cooperative.
