So if NAR did that, in other words, before they released this guidance, right?
Let's say they had a podcast like we're doing and openly let how about at a minimum, what if they recorded and live cast, webcast all the committee meetings?
Right.
And then invite the rest of us to like here's how our thinking is evolving, this is what we're getting to, but here's here's how.
That at least might be valuable.
Whereas just issuing the statement as if they're in a policy making organization, as if they have this power to be like, Here's a guidance, you now must all follow it.
I'm like, that ain't gonna fly.
Guidance doesn't work that way.
Right.
Policy works that way.
Guidance needs to be as we are thinking through these things, here's our conversation, here's the behind the scenes.
Let's invite some other people in.
Let's have a full dialogue and disagree.
