And I'm saying that as somebody, like, I literally am being paid.

So basically, to me, it's like, okay, this needs to happen because we need to figure out who rules the industry.
Right.
Is it the MLS or is it Zillow?
Because once upon a time, it was NAR.
Because NAR controlled the MLSs, right?
Yeah, we'll get into that.
Well, maybe.
NAR is backed out of that, even though they're denying it.
So now it's like each individual MLS.
I mean, MRAD has had this rule for like 10 plus years.
Zillow came in, they obeyed it for, I don't know, seven, eight, nine of those years, and then they did ZLass, and now they're like, we don't want to obey this rule.
So it's sort of like, who rules the industry?
So I wanted this fight to happen for that reason.
