Here's the thing.

And I know that's hard for people to believe, but this is our podcast.

It's fresh listings matter most, he, Errol, testified.
Walking the court through Zillow data, Samuelson said a new listing gets almost 180 views on the day it first hits the market, but falls to about 60 views per day by day five.
So when you get right down to it, what we're talking about is, all right, there is a fresh listing, however you define it, right?
it is clear that that is the most valuable listing to buyers, to the market.
