So the fact that Compass is not seen as a tech company or Wall Street, I don't think that hurts anything.

I mean, I think they'll be doing fine just as the number one brokerage.

And in that context, what I bring it back to is look at the valuation of CBRE.

All right.

CBR is a broker.

They're not like, we're a big tech company.

They're like, we're the largest commercial broker in the world.

Their valuation is like 10 times.

It's ridiculous.

Or Cushman and Wakefield.

So the issue is something else.

I mean, I don't know.

I feel like this love affair with big tech and tech companies generally, and I get it.

If you're an investor, if you're on Wall Street, that's what you care about because that's where the valuation is.
