I'm just like, what's weird to me is, in real estate, somehow competing in the basic inventory is not legitimate.
In every other industry, it is legitimate.
And all those industries have the same racist past that we had.
So that's the part I'm like, it doesn't explain.

I mean, the problem is that there's nothing about exclusive inventory that is fair housing implicated.
Yeah, but aren't they all, I know, but aren't they all just like in the race justice, you know, industry anyway?
I listened to this panel discussion that North West MLS had, you know, with some woman talking about private listings are inherently racist.
I'm like, why?
Because black people can't hire compass agents?
Like, what are you saying?
