But as long as you put him with a more dynamic slasher who can work off the dribble and get into those spaces, I think it can really work.

And so those two guys working together, very exciting in a way that I don't know that any combinations of Nets players have been.

And that was, to me, one of what was really holding them back last year was they have all of these guys who are supposed to be

potentially useful playmakers down the line, potentially useful NBA players.

I didn't really see any combination of them that felt like they were additive together.

And this is the first time that it feels like they are taking a step in a direction where these young players are complementing each other.
