there's no better job satisfaction in the world than that you know when you get texts from parents saying you've changed our daughter's life or you've you've no idea what this does for them like there is there is no better feeling in the world and that's my team of teachers as well they're just amazing you know and I built that school from you know nothing to you know being everywhere and
I love it.
We have six stage girls now, yeah.
A big show every year, yeah.
Every child gets an opportunity in the show.
It's not about the star quality.
For me, a student going off to London and seeing their dream, amazing.
Of course, I love that.
But for me, it's the child who came in non-competent to stand on stage and deliver something and see that difference in them.
For me, that's more of a tick box than the child that goes off and makes it on the West End, you know.
I suppose I was so relatable to it that I wanted to do it for other children like me who mightn't have the best school.
Can always tell.
Can always tell and they don't last long.
It's only the children that want to be there and want to do the work that will come every week.
The strategical mums who push the children in to be the star, they usually drop.
I think they're living their dream through their child.
Yeah.
