So I looked at Wise, our bullpen coach, and he's like – he kind of was like, do you even need a scout?
Because there's not like – in those moments, it's like I don't really want a ton of information going into it.
Like we played them now.
That was the fourth game in the series.
Like if you don't know what you're going to do at that point, I was like – I told Wise, I was like, don't even – like I've got a plan.
So –
go out there, get Goldschmidt, fly out.
I got judge one, two, and I backed up a slider and he, this was one of the furthest fly, like highest fly balls I've ever seen in my life out.
And then I punched out a belly on a front hip sinker to end the game.
And I just like lost my mind, but there was like unbelievable energy at the ballpark.
There was like a legitimate buzz at the ballpark.
