Well, of course.
It was amazing that they made the postseason and were 28th in runs scored in Major League Baseball.
It's amazing that they're, according to SpotRack, they're last in all of majors in terms of cash payroll.
They're the third lowest in terms of AAV, total AAV owed.
So they're not spending a lot of money.
They're not hitting the ball.
Yet they made the postseason.
And they have this iconic player.
So where do you go from here?
Well, one of the solutions to the offensive problem, you would think, Stephen Kwan, he only has one more year of arbitration eligibility before he has free agency.
Really, you have Kyle Manzardo, who is the main threat in the middle of the order.
He had 27 home runs already.
for the guardians last year, but you have to find other pieces and you haven't done it yet.
I mean, I know that off season isn't done, but really the guardians haven't done much of anything other than the Jose Ramirez, Austin hedges, some relievers haven't done much of anything is.
So are there solutions?
Are they waiting for solutions coming up from the farm system?
Remember they had a number on overall pick Travis Pazana, uh,
who is now the 17th overall prospect, according to our good friends at MLB Pipeline.
He's not going to start in the major leagues, and he's had this oblique injury and hasn't really torn it up in terms of offensive production in the minors, but that doesn't mean everything.
He still can be a very, very good player.
