Yeah, I mean, first of all, just gutted for everyone that's lost their job.
I think that it's something that hits home, I think, because for all of us that are lucky enough to work in sports media, it's like a dream job, right?
To be able to cover sports and do that for a living.
And so when you see people that...
that have lost their job in that industry, you know it's gutting for them because I'm sure many of them are going to find new homes and find other work, but some might not, right?
Or you're going to have to transition to something else.
Um, you know, so, so obviously gutting for, for all of them.
Um, and, uh, and then just in terms of myself, just like I'm, I, you know, I was a sports, sports radio junkie.
Uh, you know, like I remember team 1040 when it started, uh, listen to it all the time.
I remember guys, I remember before I got into sports media, I remember I, I had a job interview, uh, at an office and I walked into the office.
It was like,
less than 10 people in the office and they had the, the radio in the, in the, the office, like the communal radio, most offices would have like, you know, some music radio station, some FM station.
This one had, I can't remember if it was team 1040 or TSN 1040, but they had 1040 on.
And I thought this is the communal, like,
like thing that they listened to in the office.
I'm like, this is gonna be awesome.
Like I get to listen to sports radio all day.
And they did like, that was like the standard.
We listened to sports.
