When you look across the job market at the moment in North America, what are there fewer vacancies for than there would have been a year or two back?
So there is opportunity, but but are there just as many vacancies now overall as there were a few years ago?

And to that point, academics have found that over sixty percent of employment in twenty eighteen in the US consisted of jobs that didn't exist in nineteen forty.
The World Economic Forum says it expects one hundred and seventy million new roles will be created by the end of this decade, principally because of AI.
but also says that ninety two million others will be displaced.
