And now you're trying to back to some kind of normality, if that is possible at the moment.
What are you trying to do to build the business back up?
Now our strategy is to get back the clients.
That's the hard because through the war, we lost all our customers.
Even we have an expert employees, we lost their trust.
We're trying to get back their trust to us.
That's the hard challenge.
And how is that going?
It's not that easy, but we are trying.
Is there much work to be done at the moment then?
Yes, last month we got two to four clients back to work.
What kind of responsibility do you feel towards your employees, many of whom have endured a very tough couple of years?
Actually, half of my employees are living in tents, actually.
I'm always thinking about them, how I'm going to help them about that.
Everyone has lost their laptop, their accessories to do what they want, what they love in life.
So sometimes, maybe I cut some of the company's budget to help him get a new laptop, a new phone.
One of my employees, I get him a new clothes.
Can you imagine that?
