in this war and my guess is some of the other partners might just be tied in enough that they don't want the heat. voice-verified

This also comes I think three weeks ago they were talking about starting to do a full land blockade b land blockade and they walked away with that from that within two days because they realized it wasn't actually feasible. voice-verified
