So I think Saudis are a little bit more at risk, despite Donald Trump's claims that Iran was close to getting nuclear warheads that could take out all of Europe and the United States of America. matched

To me, rebuilding it might be getting the Pentagon to actually pass an audit and figure out why it is that we're spending so much money on equipment that's outdated and can't actually, not that I'd like to see more military adventurism or the government incentivize because they feel like they can win these things, but you'd like to think that... matched

They got their shit together enough that if they're picking these fights, they got the supplies for it, and they got a strategy for winning, and they just don't. matched

But rebuilding the military just means, hey, we need supplementary spending now to just a little bit more money on the thing you didn't want. matched
