And I know the stat.
I've heard the stat a few times and it's like still like, really?
Yeah, that's crazy.
That is, yeah, absolutely massive.
And I've got one of those maps on my wall at home, you know, in the downstairs toilet, that has all of the countries by size.
And it sort of goes in descending order to the very teeniest, tiniest one in the bottom right-hand corner.
And I'm always amazed at how much...
Russia, China, America are bigger than the next ones coming or whatever.
They're absolutely huge.
And to think that food waste is between all of those is crazy.
That's crazy.
I would have definitely thought the majority was somewhere in the supply chain, whether it be, you know, in the farm or through the production facilities or whatever.
Yeah.
But of course, they're probably tuned to within an inch of their life to try and be really productive because of the economics of the whole thing.
They're trying to make as much money as they can out of the food and all of the leftovers they're going to be putting into stocks and things on a commercial scale to try and make money.
It's then when you get it into the home that actually people are wasting food.
And certainly I know from my own food waste caddy,
that there's definitely things that go in there that could have been eaten.
It's not just peelings and things that sort of you wouldn't use, say, bones, etc.
Yeah, and we spend a lot of time talking about how the food is packaged on the shelf for that very final bit of the journey.
