So the obvious question, Tessa, and one that I was dying to ask, because ahead of the interview, I did admit to James, I see Olio everywhere at sustainability conferences and things, but I don't actually know that much about it.

So tell us, first of all, how did it start?

Wow.

Sometimes the best ideas are just so simple, aren't they?

I can totally imagine that moment when you were like, really?

Yeah, that's interesting.

So I think I downloaded the app in 2017 to try and, no, 2016 actually it would have been.

I'm tracking back where I lived and my daughter had just been born and cooked too much, you know, in that sort of nesting phase, child just born, cooking food.

It was actually a meal, a total meal that I was cooking.

When was it founded?

Was it Olio?

Was that the app that I downloaded?

Ah, okay.

And I remember there being like little sort of, it was a map and there were some locations of where food was available in your sort of local area.

This was, I was living in Montpellier in Bristol at the time and could see a few little pins of various things.

So unfortunately, since then...

I must admit, I haven't used the app.

I haven't had need to, I like to think.

I haven't needed to use the app, I don't think.

And I think some of that maybe is because of, well, COVID and communities in some ways coming together in that intervening time and WhatsApp groups.
