And on the one side, they've decided that...
If they delay, that's going to make them look bad, obviously.
If people have started to get ready, citizens thinking, I'm going to collect this stuff by 2027 and there's a three-year delay, that makes government look bad.
On the other side, if they went ahead with the implemented timelines for 2027,
they risk collecting the stuff and then it not having a home.
And they've taken the decision effectively that the latter is much worse politically than the former.
So they can tolerate a delay and the local authorities have come out in support of it.
And so it's not too bad a political decision, whereas citizens en masse starting to collect and then finding out
it doesn't actually all get recycled, there's only a small portion of it being recycled, would just make them look bad and they don't want that.
Yeah, exactly right.
And then, you know, there's also chemical recyclers that are trying to get off the ground, such as up in Teesside.
And then many of the primary plastics players also thinking about how do they incorporate recycling into their general processes.
