So I went in there and and each of the nodal points inside the cave is like a different chakra point.

And then you finally go up into the this this one room that's kind of upstairs within the cave that's supposed to be the room of Shiva and Shakti.

And we had like this pretty amazing experience the entire day there.

It was like this long day.

And uh we come out of it.

And everybody it was actually on the fifth of July there, but it was the fourth of July here.

And 'cause they're a day ahead, as you know.

And

So as I come out of the cave.

I felt like okay, this is gonna be something big because

We'd just been in Scotland, we're visiting this place that was, you know, significant and relational to the Roudra grantee.

You know what the Rudra Granti is?

No.

So it's an energetic knot that sits in between the pineal and pituitary glands that sort of blocks you.

From being able to have your energy move up your kundalini and stay up.

So you can feel it momentarily.

You can have experiences of so-called enlightenment, but you can't actually get through that knot.

And energy would be able to stay up there for long sustained periods of time beyond just like an hour of samadhi here or there.

And um, and so you have to dissolve this knot.

And so the dissolving of the knot of the Rudra Granti, and it's called a a a knot in Sanskrit is Granti, which is funny 'cause it's like sounds like my name.
