I mean, nitric oxide, I believe, is one of is an example of something like.
like that where it's like you know there's a ton of nitric oxide products on the market that barely have any efficacy glutathione is another one where orally it's very poorly bioavailable i know that liposomal formulations are different but in general like glutathione is a good thing but that doesn't mean that supplementing with it in capsule form is gonna is gonna have any impact on glutathione levels in the body so liposomal products will help you get through the gut and the liver but it doesn't necessarily help you get up regulated up into the cell

I'll just buy it.

Right.
Trust this label.
What are the C of A's?
Where did they make it?
Was it tested?
Was there, what are the quality assurances?
That mechanism doesn't exist.
Theoretically, the FDA should police that.
But they can't.
I mean, they have a very small budget, and there are literally thousands of companies.
