And it's been going from strength to strength over the last 75 years.

Very much so.

I mean, Coltis is built on a spirit of volunteerism and it's very much a grassroots organisation.

And there are more than 450 branches across Ireland and internationally as well.

And there's there's a cultist presence in more than 20 countries worldwide.

So it is a it is a very active and the network is absolutely amazing.

Absolutely.

I was in Japan just two weeks ago with the branch in Japan, a terrific and very active branch.

They were running a festival called Fela Tokyo in Tokyo two weeks ago.

And many of those musicians will be coming to Flakyol Nahiran in a couple of weeks' time in Belfast.

Yeah, Flakyol moving north.

I'm not a keen student of this thing, but that's unusual enough, isn't it?

Yeah, it's the second time that the FLA will be held in Ulster in recent years.

It was in Derry in 2013 and very successful, more than 450,000 people attended.

And this year it's going to be in Belfast from the 2nd to the 9th of August.

And building on the success of last year, I think 800,000 people attended the FLA in Wexford last year and we're hoping for similar numbers, if not greater, football in Belfast this year.

I'm going to play a tune from the Goodman Collection, actually, called A Beautiful Bright Fresh Morning, collected in the 1860s by Canon James Goodman on the Barrow Peninsula.

And we'll follow that then with one of Tommy Peoples' jigs called Gráinne's Jig and Scatter the Mud.
