Okay, well, right now you can see and hear protesters behind me.
There's perhaps 50 to 60 protesters with loud music, and I've walked away a little bit.
But I've been here all day, and we had two major incidents.
The ICE in full armed gear have come out.
They have aggressively approached the crowd and made specific arrests of specific people.
So earlier this morning, they went after a woman.
a black woman that had been taking photographs and video of ICE coming into the Whipple Federal Building that's behind me.
They singled her out.
They clearly came out to arrest her.
They did so, and then just about an hour ago, they came back again with a much larger force, perhaps 60 armed riot gear-clad federal officers that I believe was Border Patrol.
and they went after an individual who is prominent on social media i believe his handle is to woke farmer and they chased him a long way i chased after them uh for perhaps a quarter mile i believe they eventually took him into custody then they came back lined up as a phalanx and fired pepper balls at least twice into the crowd um i thought they were going to make another arrest and i scampered to the back because i'm trying to stay married but um
It was a violent incident and they have ultimately backed away.
Now they're not making their presence known and we've got the protesters behind me that are showing their feelings toward ICE and the administration.
Well, they're all behind me.
The reason I got so far away is because the music was so loud.
I wanted the audio to be okay.
But I think you can see the protesters behind me over my shoulder.
And we're at the Whipple Federal Building in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
I think there's a swagger and a brazen aggressiveness that I didn't see as much in Chicago.
I think with Vice President Vance saying that they have absolute immunity and the other bizarre statements that the administration is making about the invulnerability of agents, there's an aggressiveness that I have not seen before.
