So I don't think it's a case of metalinguistic what's known as metalinguistic negation, and that that I think is well, we can talk about that in some more detail if you like.
But I think it's just the standard use of the word.
I think she was making a very explicit metaphysical claim.

To my mind, racism in all its form are uses not just for race-based hatred, but you know, all the other religion, ethnicity, and so on.
These are pathological states.
In the way we're looking at things, we have a certain understanding of at least one aspect of that pathology, that it's based on a false belief.
