The insurance company then turns around and lobbies the legislature to say, we got these runaway juries and and these trial lawyers are getting fat, you know, and it's costing business or whatever.
And so you got the attorneys bragging about it to try to get more business.
And then you have the insurance companies complaining about it.
And and then
When somebody comes in the door
seeing the marketing, they're they have that's setting their expectations unrealistically.
And then on the back end,
When we can't get more because we have these tort reform measures
Uh it's me explaining my client.
It's like, well, unfortunately, the legislature took that off the table, right?
That's no longer an option for your case or whatever it may be, whether it's medical malpractice reform, caps on damages.
