They they a lot of times they can't work, they don't have a car.
The last thing they need to be doing is kind of come up with money to hire an attorney.
Um, so as a part of my fee structure, uh, there's no fee unless we win, right?
And we win a lot.
Um, we also advance any costs of prosecuting a case, right?
And I think a lot of people don't.
Don't realize that requesting medical records and hiring investigators and filing lawsuits, that stuff costs money and it adds up quick.
And so what we do is is we advance those costs and it we've got a specific line in our contract that says, If this case, if we don't win your case, you don't owe us a dime.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So when somebody hires my firm, there is zero financial risk, at least as it relates to us.
Right, uh, for hiring my firm.
And and, you know, we we we try to do a good job, you know, from the first phone call all the way through resolution, say, we're gonna push this thing to either to maximize your recovery or we're also not gonna waste your time.
You know, I'm not gonna tell you your case is worth a bunch of money come to find out, you know.
It's not worth anything.
I I don't want to waste my time.
I'm certainly not gonna waste my time my client's time pursuing a case the case that doesn't have, you know, an outcome.
And and and so I think a lot of our clients appreciate that trans transparency versus just, you know, being in the cycle for a year, two years, whatever, and then getting a call and just being like, What's going on?
They're like, Oh, you we're not working on your case anymore or something.
Yeah, so so like in intake, right?
