In New England, uh two Senate races have produced uh for this year.
Surprisingly unsurprising results.
President Trump, evidently undeterred by stories that Republican candidates are trying to distance themselves from him, has put on a special midterm convention, minus the platform, minus the nominating addresses.
It's a Trumpapalooza, we're told.
And all of this contemporary politics.
unfolded in a week when we recalled uh this being the twenty-fifth anniversary of nine-eleven, an event that altered our politics, uh, I s would say in in more ways than we sometimes realize.
Lots to talk about.
Uh, and let's start with Donald Trump's uh attempt to rally Republicans and remind them of what he sees as uh his many accomplishments in office.
