So the I I take it that the real fulcrum of the account is this idea that informal political representation, informal representation more generally, informal political representation is is simply right, it's constituatively and simply a matter of
an audience conferring that status onto a person, whether wittingly uh or willingly.

Because now it seems like given that that sort of group authorization conception of how uh an IPR emerges, we can now, I think, pretty clearly formulate different three different sites where um we might start wondering about obligations and duties and
You know, how people can do can do badly or do uh uh do well.
And I take it that those three sites are so there's the conferring audience, they have this power to conscript willingly, unwillingly, wittingly, unwittingly, or otherwise individuals into the role of IPR.
Then we have the IPR who's been so conscripted or has emerged.
Um and I take it there are distinctive duties there, uh, with w when one is an IPR, one has duties.
And then
the g the the the group that we've only begun now, uh in at the end of your uh uh uh what what you were just saying, talk about the group that is represented informally by the RPR, there are duties there too.
