Anybody who thinks that we're going to go back to normal with NATO after an experience like that, on top of the tariffs that he's levied against our allies and threatened to levy if he didn't get his way, in some cases because the Swiss president rubbed him the wrong way, so he slapped 39 percent tariffs.

You cannot be an ally of the United States if the United States is going to behave this way.

And so the end result of Trump's policies is that the United States is not going to have allies anymore, either in Asia or in Europe.
