You y y I didn't think it was a good thing for her to do and my reaction to her um was not the best.

So I've I've apologize to her, um, you know, even before what I'm sharing with you now.

But I was so concerned with.

Not wanting to I didn't want to paint the picture that failure is a bad thing.

That's the that's the thing as a parent that I did not want to paint that picture to her.

And so I came back to her as an adult and I spoke specifically about that.

Because I you and I know, Tim, that failure and success actually go together.

Go together, right.

Yeah, your only way you're going to be successful is to crawl, to fall, and to walk.

You're not gonna be good at whatever it is that you're attempting the first time.

You're not gonna be.

You're gonna fail.

Right.

And um and so we have to become comfortable with that.

And I think s you know, sometimes we we take it too personally.

Um, we're or we're fearful of what others think um or say or how we might look.

Um and you know, there's uh I don't mean to make light of that.

There's um there that could come from a a a father figure like me.
