And um, you know, literally uh getting getting into arguments.
And and so full transparency, you know, like I
I couldn't agree with you more, but it's something that I have struggled with uh over time.
And it and and it's for me, it's especially with uh uh uh uh family, family, and you know, and there's some particular family members um that I'm that I can think of where that's actually transpired.
But I think it is a sign of maturity for Robin to be able to not be thinking about wanting to prove.
my point just to kind of follow along with what you're saying because I think it's such a good
subject that that you're bringing that all of us have to consider.
Um it's really a part of our growth and how we show up.
And so we want to be showing up as that person who is, like you said, looking to learn, not to prove a point, looking to understand, to genuinely understand where somebody is coming from.
Right.
And and then you know, sometimes it might mean just agreeing to disagree.
Doesn't mean you have to agree with them.
But you are taking the time to get to understand where they're coming from more than you are trying to bring your point across, you know?
It's so true.
And that's such a good thing.
You know, one of the things that I uh um uh uh teach in in in in in my lead to last framework is that um one of the most important things
is how we view things.
It's our perspective.
You know, how you view things is how you do things.
You've heard the thought.
