I asked to have the system explained to me because I didn't want to sign a contract before it was explained to me.

And then when it was explained to me, that's very early in that presentation is when I learned about the fact that even though a reader selects a particular title for a particular author,

that they want to spend their credit money on, that that money does not go to the author, which it always had in the past.

What they do instead is they spread that out against not only the title that they specifically pick out, but any titles that they also listen to in what I think most readers will consider a free kind of bonus listening library as part of being in the higher membership level.
