Who then kind of hooked himself up to the market matrix, I guess.

And just kind of ingested all this information, this chalk information, I guess.
Yeah, I remember reading that he would go around like almost fondling or touching the tape, like there were kind of financial prayer beads.
He'd just kind of feel, get a sense for the market, as it were, instinctive.
I mean, the bucket shops, you know, the name actually comes from essentially unlicensed dodgy bars in Britain.
I had no idea.
So, poor street...
Poor street urchins would essentially collect empty kegs or almost empty kegs from proper bars, basically drain them from all the dregs of beer and liquor, put them in buckets and then take them to bars that would just sell the slop to poorer customers, essentially.
And then these financial shops kind of became the equivalent of that.
So they just became the bucket shops.
Yeah.
So by basically becoming like a human Bloomberg, he developed a better feel for the market than anybody else.
So I guess it's like counting cards and you get chucked out to the casino.
So eventually they do all the casinos banned you and he was banned from every casino in America.
Okay, so he's gone from errant farm boy, I guess, in Massachusetts to the boy plunger, like this kind of wonder kid of the bucket shops, to the point where he's banned from all these bucket shops.
And obviously, when you're kind of kicked out of the lower leagues, there's only the top.
