I must speak to my mother.
I would say many times that mother will be the one that comes through, whether you ask for her or not.
Because they hear you.
And like you and I were just saying, Karen, they know.
They know when you need them.
They know when there's a situation.
They know right when they need to connect into your life to give you an answer or to give you guidance.
And they're there.
So I don't have to conjure anybody, you know, respectfully to someone that comes for a reading if they say, well, I want Aunt Betty.
You know, I'll call on Aunt Betty.
But I do let them know, maybe Aunt Betty isn't going to come through today.
That doesn't mean she's not with you.
It doesn't mean she's never going to come through.
But it's who's present right now in the moment.
You know, when I've worked in Salem...
My office is actually right inside a mall.
When you're walking through hundreds of people in a crazy mall with bags and you're shopping and it's Halloween and there's costumes and makeup and everything else, is Aunt Betty going to hang out with you all that time?
Just maybe it kind of moves that energy away from you.
You know, you're not really connecting.
