It takes a bit of time for price space to get to normalize, the direction of travel is the positive.

Um a little bit, but it's a it's a positive signal in the sense that they they wanna ramp up uh the supply.
Um it's interesting.
I th I think the the big test for oil over the next couple of months is that from the supply side we gotta remember that uh those reserves are still being released and uh but maybe in in three to four weeks' time there will be no more reserves.
Then the other big player in terms of uh the demand side has
been China.
China's essentially stopped buying.
Um so at what level will China come back in?
Uh that will be important because effectively uh the moment we know China's buying it probably puts a flaw in terms of the ability for prices to continue to fall.
Um and then of course there's the ongoing debate around what's going on uh with the Strait of Hamous um when is it really, really gonna open and
and and and hence increase the supply.
So there's still a few known unknowns.
Um but for now it it seems that we've been settling around that sort of low seventy level.
Um and it looks like we're gonna be sort of hanging around here
Well, there's been a little bit of demand destruction.
We've got to remember that China has slowed down in terms of activity.
And two, um, the level of reserves that they have accumulated over uh recent years is not insignificant.
It's a huge number.
So they have been able to to comfortably dip onto those reserves um without kind of affecting too much the the the the global market.
