You want to be able to bend but not break is the example.
You cannot talk about mobility in Eastern practices.
You've got to have bamboo trees.

It's a must.
You've got to have that.
Yeah, because a lot of people see it as, say people come down or whatever, come to my training, they'll go, you know, I'm doing strength and now I just need the flexibility.
It's like, well, you're strong here,
And now you're trying to touch your toes in terms of flexibility, but I'm not really trying to get you to do that.
I'm trying to get you to go, can you combine these two together?
Balance is a good one.
There's loads of tests around balance in terms of longevity.
