So 58 years, all right, and then you try to go to barefoot shoes.
Right?
Remember what I was saying earlier about how joints and tendons and ligaments adapt, right?
Your literally ligament has been adapting since you were three years old and it's been adapting to the current gait that you walk in.

And so that's decades of change.

So you just have to consider that you can't just suddenly change it overnight.
So you might want to reduce it a millimetre and then you can even get a barefoot shoe and then you can put something in it which gives you a tiny bit.
Right.
So you can slowly, but it will be the same as training.
