That was the immediate reaction that I had.
When I saw the Phil Spencer thing, I was like, okay, that makes sense.
Oh, wait, he's leaving next week?
Oh, okay, we're doing the farewell tour for him.
Oh, okay, now Sarah Bond is going at the same time, and she's just leaving, right?
And the fact that she didn't have this statement out immediately, and she had the LinkedIn post that was four hours old that was talking about, you know, talk about Xbox, do Xbox stuff, right?
So this seemed out of nowhere.
It felt that energy of, okay, something is happening here where Sarah Bond feels like she was pushed out of here.
It does not feel like this was the, come in the last few weeks, we've been talking and we've been working on this and I'm gonna stay on the special advisory.
This did not feel like, hey, we had this succession plan that was ready to go here.
This fell out of nowhere.
And I was kind of shocked, honestly.
And I started going through the permutations of like, where does Xbox go from here?

I mapped out from worst to best possible outcomes of what could the future be for Xbox.
And I just kept on kind of leaning towards the bad stuff.
That's all my brain goes to.
It's very hard for me to see the positives of this massive shakeup happening in the middle of probably one of the biggest years of Xbox's history.
It's kind of insane.
It's a little bit like we're already on shaky ground and this could just tip everything down when we talk about all of this.
