we have this like a sunroof or whatever like back in the 2000s and then suddenly like the worst car in the world like the the ladders are imported from soviet union are like yeah we finally got this so that's trickling down now where now every brand of running shoe has their own like fake version of that so what these nova blasts have is they have something they call the trampoline yeah every step you bounce seven feet into a somersault
yes exactly it actually ruins your time it's terrible so the trampoline is this little like plastic thing that is in the front of the shoe you can see it you know it's right towards the tip of it like maybe in the middle of the sole and then the idea of that is that exactly like you said max it just gives you an extra bit of bounce off it and it's like oh yeah that adds seconds over your 5k and there's about four kids jumping on it

Of course, if it's windy, the shoes are gone.
That's a nightmare as well.
I pop on my back, put the shoes up and say, go on.
The minute you said that, it came to me as like, oh yeah, I remember that trickling through.
Okay, so my current running schedule is I do two 5Ks in a week and then I do one 10K.

So just to adjust expectations, I excel over longer distances.
So don't expect me to be that fast.
