I mean, what's happened this year?
Our young boys have grown another year from last year.
They all got a taste of what success looks like.
They all believe in our system, and it's a real simple system, and I think that's why all the boys are loving Webby and loving how we work, and it shows on the field.
yeah we all want to do something for webby because he's real clear on what he wants and i think when you're clear you're not um trying to hide things or do and say one thing and do another thing i think that's that really makes it tough but he's real clear with us he knows we know what the job he wants us to do and we can go out there and perform that and
It's either yes, you did it right or no, you did it wrong.
Here's your improvement.
And I think that's why it's really helping the boys.
And that's why those young boys are growing a lot quicker because the jobs are clear.
You know, last year I would have said yes, but this year I think with that experience, we're in the same position similar to last year.
And we had the mindset last year of I hope we stand this eight.
I hope we stand the four.
But now this year just the mindset change of us is like –
We've had our buys.
Our three buys are gone.
We've got eight games leading into finals.
