One, we finally have a reason for boys to come over because they can come over and learn how to play rugby league a lot better before it was a hard sell.

And the other one was we are now creating our own pathway.

So the challenges there, like all of the Jacob Labans, Aleka, they came through our own pathway.

So that's exciting.

And then having Cape Whale stay longer makes it even more better for us.

What do you reckon the magic is this year?

I mean, what's happened this year?

Our young boys have grown another year from last year.

They all got a taste of what success looks like.

They all believe in our system, and it's a real simple system, and I think that's why all the boys are loving Webby and loving how we work, and it shows on the field.

We all want to do something for Webby because he's real clear on what he wants.

I think when you're clear, you're not trying to hide things or say one thing and do another thing.

I think that really makes it tough, but he's real clear with us.

We know what the job he wants us to do, and we can go out there and perform that.

It's either yes, you did it right, or no, you did it wrong.

Here's your improvement.

I think that's why it's really helping the boys, and that's why those young boys are growing a lot quicker because the jobs are clear.

You know, last year I would have said yes, but this year I think with that experience, we were in the same position similar to last year.

And we had the mindset last year of, I hope we stand this eight.

I hope we stand the four.
