No, it definitely took a toll on me.

I was really, really sad, really gutted that that was my last inning for the club.

You know, I've really invested a lot into the club of the Warriors, and I love that place, but...

yeah really devastated that I'm leaving that way so um yeah but that that period has passed and I'm in a better place now and I'm I'm just all about pumping up the club and trying to do do good things for it and and Sky is one thing that I can you know go on there and talk about the love of the the game

I still have a responsibility with the club.

I have other work that I can do so we're lucky enough I've got so many sponsors that I can go and spend time with.

I've got

a role where the coach has given me a job to look after our younger boys, our outside backs.

So I go and help them, give them some tips here and there.

And then at the same time, I still get to use the gym and do all my rehab.

So it goes both ways.

And then now that I have more time from training, it allows me to go do this and go join Sky.

Yeah for sure so and that's all I know that's a routine thing for me is training and training so when I got injured it's you know I'm always on either one side of you know who cares I'm just going to eat this and drink that and do whatever and then on other stages no I still got a job to do you know I want to be fit and I want to be there for the players so yeah.

I think, yeah, like you said, I've done it before.

I was able to get past that down period a lot quicker.

Having kids this time around and my wife, so there's a lot of support there and

They take my mind off of the injury.

But going back to playing, I think I'm more excited because I've come back from that.

I went from 2016 to my ACL.

2017, I was Warriors Player of the Year.
