connectivity between space and ground.

By the end of this year, we are looking at putting a dozen of these around the world and half a dozen of these around the world.

And the next two years we are looking at two dozen cities going live with our optical ground stations.

So just starting to ramp up and put more and more cities connected.

For our ring, those satellites are owned and run by Trans Celestial.

So that whole network is actually owned by us.

The satellites itself we are working with other partners, but then the entire network is gonna be owned by us.

So we are gonna be the telco.

We have one test satellite which has gone up for testing in December, and we have three more going up this October for much larger capability testing.

But starting next year, we start deploying our dedicated satellites in orbit for building the ring out.

But yes, we are working with all the third party satellite owners to give them the capability for the internet.

So think of it like we are selling them the SIM card and they can connect to our network in space.

The long term value for the network is defined by how many subscribers and concurrent connections you have, right?

So that's why telcos usually, while they are spending money on building out the 5G towers, they're also heavily discounting their 5G handsets so that they just want more subscribers.

So the day they turn on the network, they can start monetizing it.

So that's the approach.

When we look at Philippines and Indonesia, you have like 10 to 15,000 islands.

When we talk to our telcos,

They are today building undersea cables to every island, which is very expensive.

So with a network like this going up, it will have 100% coverage in the entire Southeast Asia in the first batch.
