There was a lot of similarities between these home services franchises, so they might pick two or three or even five that they think might be of interest.

When they come in over a specific brand website or they come in as a territory check from one of the consultant networks, then the first thing we do, of course, is we check the availability in their market.

many, many times there's no territory available right where they live or no territory within a drivable distance for them to manage.

And what we do is we try to educate them on the candidate side.

We'll say, you know, that brand is sold out in your market.
