I think there are stages to this.
And so I think the stage that Charlotte's at is they're going to make the playoffs.
Right now they'd be in the play-in tournament.
Obviously they've got to win games to get to the real playoffs.
Just over 500 they are.
That's because they started the year like 14-26.
They've got a chance, though.
No, they're going to make the playoffs.
They're going to be in the playing tournament.
I think they will win those games because right now they're better than those other playing teams.
I think that this first step is they're going to get to the real playoffs and they're going to scare whoever they play, but they won't beat them.
And that would include the New York Knicks.
Kind of like what Detroit did last year.
They scared you, but you beat them.
I think the same thing would be the case.
That's where I think they're at.
But a credit to them, because about a month and a half ago, and there's a viral clip, Draymond Green on his podcast accused the Charlotte Hornets of tanking.
Because when they played them, I guess LaMelo Ball was coming off the bench, and Draymond was going on and on how it makes no sense, and they're clearly a tanking team.
And since then, they're the best team in basketball, right?
