And that is one of the big metrics that banks use in lending uh to franchises.
And it really depends on the brand and it depends on whether the brand's operating company units.
And whether the profits from those company units are being
moved up into the franchise or entity or if the those company units are covering the salaries of some of the franchise or employees.
It is such a muddy water to understand.
uh how
I see f F Ds with the franchise or entity having, you know, no revenue 'cause it's a start up, but they have nine people on on their staff in in in the F D D.
And I'm sitting there scratching my head saying, Well, how are they getting paid?
Um
So and they're they're getting paid.
I don't know anybody that's really working for free.
Um so
So the the the issue really is in
in being transparent from day one
Um
Letting everyone know what's going on.
And uh Goddard
Uh, my experience with Goddard and to this day I c I I consider Goddard's item nineteen one of the best item nineteen, if not the best item nineteen in all the franchise.
Um, but they published every number to every franchisee every month.
