Well, if you look back three years after 2005, it was 2008.
So it really wasn't a great decision to buy the company in the beginning of 2008, right before the meltdown.
But we did.
And we went through the meltdown.
We had a rebate.
basically start over, control, alt, delete on the business.
And we've, you know, we formed the FAF portfolio.
We formed the FAF program.
And now we have throughout the years done other services for franchisors and franchisees like valuations.
We do all, you know, between 900 and a thousand valuations a year of franchise businesses.
We do brokerage of loans for,
brands that are not in the FAF portfolio or for transactions, a lot of transfer transactions, franchisee to franchisee or franchisee to non-franchisee.
And we've been able to, this year we're making a big focus on relaunching that for brands that have great unit economics but might not qualify to be in the FAF program.
And we are, you know, we're actively looking for
you know, folks to help.
Again, if you can't make a case that your franchisees make money, we can't help you because the last thing we want to do is try and sell a loan to a bank that doesn't get repaid.
